Webflow web designer & developer

We are looking for a freelance web designer & developer to help build custom SEO-optimised Webflow websites for sustainable brands. From one-pagers to fully custom websites, you’ll work with our team to create websites directly for our clients.

We’re looking for a creative with 2+ years of experience who is highly skilled in Figma for design and Webflow for development. You’re a Gen Z/Millennial, fun to work with, social, and comfortable communicating directly with clients. You’re organised, able to manage projects independently, and follow our standardised website proposal structure.

You’ll be responsible for a mix of research, design, development, and project management tasks.

Research

You’ll research competitors, gather references, and build a mood board to determine the right direction for our client websites.

Sitemap & wireframe

You’ll create sitemaps, UX flows, and wireframes to make sure websites feel clear and intuitive.

Web design

You’ll design website sections that match our clients' brands and support their business goals.

Web development

You’ll develop responsive Webflow websites that look great, load fast, and work across multiple devices.

Website maintenance

You’ll support client websites with updates, bug fixes, backups, and performance checks as needed.

Client Communications

You’ll join client calls and weekly project check-ins to keep projects moving smoothly.

Team Meetings

You’ll join regular internal team meetings to build a bond with our creatives.
